Brought to the North East of England by Business Link, NOW North East is a body providing information, advice and support to regional businesses.
Communication consistency
NOW North East has a website that has a blue gradient background, because of the limitations of various email clients (such as Outlook 2007) we do not use gradient backgrounds in our email templates. If we did, it would mean some people saw a lovely gradient – and others saw nothing. Therefore our client opted for a white background to ensure consistency for all recipients of the email, whilst still conveying the identity of the organisation.
